Job Description
We are looking for experienced and dynamic VMC Programmers to join our growing manufacturing team in Udaipur. The selected candidates will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining Vertical Machining Centres (VMC), contributing to smooth production flow and delivering high-precision components.
Key Responsibilities
Program, operate, and inspect VMC machines based on technical drawings.
Execute production planning for optimal machine utilisation.
Perform preventive maintenance of VMC machines as per schedule.
Manage and maintain ISO documentation related to VMC operations.
Coordinate with CNC cutting, fabrication, and design teams to ensure material availability and resolve production bottlenecks.

Train junior staff and new recruits on VMC machine operations.
Share knowledge related to tooling, dies, and safe machine practices.

*Qualifications & Experience*
???? Education: Diploma or B.Tech in *Mechanical* Engineering
???? Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in VMC programming and operations

Expertise in VMC machines and sheet metal component manufacturing
Understanding of machine tools, inspection methods, and tool-die settings
Familiarity with CAD/CAM drawings and CNC program interpretation
