UI/UX Designer (Remote) – 3 to 6 Years Experience | Reputed Company

About the Role
We’re looking for a strong UI/UX designer profile with at least 3+ years of experience in a product company environment. This is not a maintenance or internal dashboard role. You will work on customer-facing platforms, collaborating directly with founders, engineering teams, and end users.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end product experience — from problem definition and research to wireframing, prototyping, iteration, and final shipped UI.
This is a complete IC role, meaning you will independently drive design strategy and execution while influencing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own End-to-End Product Design

Lead research, user journeys, information architecture, interaction flows, and polished UI design.

Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive workflows.

Ensure usability, clarity, and delightful user experience across product touchpoints.
2. Partner with Engineering & Founders

Collaborate on product direction and feature prioritization.

Clearly articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Align UX strategy with business goals and technical feasibility.
3. Conduct Research & Usability Testing

Run user interviews and usability tests.

Synthesize insights into actionable design improvements.

Bring real customer insights into every iteration.
4. Build & Maintain Design Systems

Develop and scale a structured design system.

Create reusable components and maintain consistency across the platform.
5. Rapid Iteration & Continuous Improvement

Ship fast, gather data, and refine experiences.

Apply systems thinking to improve user workflows holistically.
Mandatory Requirements
We are strictly looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Experience

Minimum 3+ years of UI/UX experience in a product company.

Strong exposure to customer-facing platforms (not limited to internal dashboards or internal tools).
